Ragvald Magnusson (Fargalt) sells with the consent of Katarina Svensdotter (Pik) to wife Birgitta land in Mörby and Åkerby in Turinge parish in Öknebo district, which he inherited from his wife's mother, wife Cecilia, who was married to Sven Pik.

It is to be known to all, as is the case with the present time, that I, Magnus Ragualzson, and my wife Margareta Karlsdotter, may open a small house with these things and give them to God, my wife and Saint Birgitta to the monastery of Vazstena for our souls and all our ancestors' souls, as we have been obliged to do, and for all Christian souls, half a piece of land in Lodherstom and half a piece of land in Hughlund in the Kalmar parish in Habo hundare and in the bishopric of Opsala, and that we will leave you and leave this prescribed land and the noble Vazstena monastery with all the additions inside and outside, and that you vndantaghno, som thøm nw ælla aff aller tillighat hauer, huat nampne thet hælzt næmpnas kan, epthà dagh til ewerdhelica ægho, oc giwom hæredzhøfdhinganom i forscrefno hæredhe fulla mact medh thæsso breue clostersens visso budh thæsso jordher fasta oc fastfara epthà thy som Swerichis lagh vtuisa. Armsman Ragvald Magnusson sells to the well-born Knut Jönsson his wife's fathers, namely 2 waste plots, one in Rånnum and one, "Krecklingge", on Vänersnäs, as well as a mill stream between Halle- and Hunneberg, for 1 read barley and 3 Arnold gold, against conditions, that the seller travels to Västergötland to appoint men who can view and measure these goods. Ragvald Magnusson (fargalt) and his wife Katrina Svensdotter give their farm "Hærboholm" (now Herrborum) in Skällviks sn (Hammarkinds hd) to their son Magnus Ragvaldsson, if he marries maiden Katarina Bengtsdotter, as long as the mother was alive and after her death with full ownership rights to deny her heirs other estates for their right of inheritance in the estate.
